One of the natural resources that I treasure in Freedom is the Feuerborn's organic farm up Moulton Road. Amanda and Mark tend their organic piece of the planet with informed and loving care. The produce I bring back to my kitchen is Freedom fresh and filled with good things: flavor, color, texture, and nutrients without any chemicals. A short drive or a long walk from Freedom Village, this is one trip that infuses health into the diet and pocket book. I'm a real fan of Amanda's Bread & Butter Pickles - just like Gramma used to make - her's and mine!

Galadriel Gardens has the best vegetables I've ever eaten. A big statement, I know, but when you take home a head of the most beautiful lettuce, forget about it in the depths of the vegetable door, and then find it three weeks later looking amazing and still tasting freshly cut, well... Galadriel Gardens has the best vegetables I've ever eaten. This Garden is a real treasure!
